ANAF is a chemical production company with over 50 years of experience. They produce tailor-made products such as coatings, adhesives, and cleaners in various colors, compositions, and packaging formats. Production takes place in Oeselgem, with distribution across Europe and the Americas, under private label and their own brand for sectors including construction, pools, roofing, doors and windows, and joinery.
Operating in an ATEX environment—covering around 70% of their products—further limited available solutions. At the same time, the company works with many colour and batch variations, and different product characteristics. This required accurate filling, fast batch switching, and quick, thorough cleaning between productions—all while remaining compatible with existing installations.
With the Gravifill standalone system, ANAF significantly improved its production process. The machine is compatible with existing installations and easily adapts to different batch sizes, viscosities, product characteristics, and packaging formats.
